Introduction

Misr El-Hegaz group established its UPVC pipes factory to continue its pioneering role in Egyptian plastic market, offering a wide range of UPVC pipes and fittings in high quality according to global quality standards.

UPVC pipes and fittings factory located in Misr El-Hegaz industrial complex in 10^th of Ramadan city, 50 KM from Cairo, among eight other factories producing different plastic products. The factory is equipped with the most up to date machinery and equipment to produce more than 50 K Tons annually.

UPVC Pressure Pipes

We produce UPVC pressure pipes according to “DIN 8061 – DIN 8062 – ES 848 – EN ISO 1452-2” from diameter 20 mm up to 1200 mm in gray color at “16 – 10 – 6 – 4” bar.

Pipes are produced according to “BS 3505 – BS 3506” from diameter ½” up 2” in gray color.

UPVC Sewer Pipes

We produce UPVC sewer pipes according to «ES 1717/2008 – ISO 4435 – ISO EN 1401» from diameter 110 mm up to 1000 mm in gray color «SN2 – SN 4 – SN 8».

Sewer under gravity pipes produced according to DIN 19534. Sewer “DWV” pipes produced according to DIN 19531.
